Like hinfarm said, they aren't always the best with phone calls, but they will get what you need and it will usually be what you are looking for. The Black Creek store is just up the road from us and we haven't really had many issues. They had no problem at all with refunding my money. Where you from, what store are dealing with? _ The best way, have them add the warranty notes right on the sales receipt, they can type all that in there. If you keep track of who you talk to and have your paperwork for the transaction, you should be good. As far as warranty stuff goes, I have never had to claim warranty with any of the parts I have bought.
